1. Scope and authentication
You may request closure of a Visitor Account or Business Owner Account and ask about deletion of associated data. To protect against malicious deletion, we verify the request through the existing authentication channel or a comparable secure method.
2. Before closure
We may identify published listings, pending enquiries, active advertisements, outstanding fees, wallet/service-credit obligations, disputes, linked company profiles and other dependencies. Closure of a person’s login should not silently erase an independently registered company’s lawful history.
3. Deletion methods
Depending on the data and lawful obligations, action may consist of account closure, removal from public search, access restriction, anonymization, selective deletion or retention of minimal required audit records. A request is not complete merely because a frontend record disappears.
4. Legally retained records
Certain invoices, tax documents, financial ledgers, fraudulent-activity evidence, legal correspondence, consent receipts and transaction audit records may be retained for legally required or defensible periods. Access will be limited to authorized purposes.
5. Public search visibility
When a listing is lawfully unpublished, it should cease normal directory display after the Platform completes the corresponding workflow, although third-party search engines or caches may take additional time to update.
6. Privacy and security
Private ID scans, government numbers or sensitive attachments should not be copied into general Google Sheets for convenience. Requests for correction and deletion of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
