I confirm that I have read the current Terms & Conditions and understand the rules for account use, third-party listings, moderation, payments and permitted business content.
2. Privacy Notice acknowledgement
I have been presented with the Privacy Policy and understand which data is necessary for registration, how it is processed, and how to raise a privacy request. Separate consent will be sought where required for optional processing.
3. Accuracy declaration
If I submit a business, offer, advertisement or job, I affirm that the details are accurate to the best of my knowledge, that I am authorized to act for the represented organization, and that I will update material inaccuracies promptly.
4. Publication instruction
For a business listing, I expressly request publication of the specified business name, description, service/branch geography, chosen public contact channels, logo and other reviewed public fields once approved. I understand that private account and internal verification information are not intended for publication.
5. Contact preferences
Necessary service communications may be sent for verification, security and transactions. Optional promotional email, WhatsApp and phone outreach must be presented as separate, unchecked choices where consent is relied upon.
6. Visitor activity choices
Creating a free Visitor Account is optional. If the Platform uses personal search or click activity beyond essential delivery and lawful permitted purposes, it will provide appropriate notice and required choices; no blanket waiver is obtained merely by viewing this declaration page.
7. Versioning and evidence
Each account or application must record the actual policy version, date/time, user identity, explicit choice and relevant submission version at the time of acceptance. This static page is not itself proof of consent or a substitute for server-side consent records.
8. Withdrawal and correction
Consent-based optional processing can be withdrawn as permitted by law. Published listings can be corrected or removed through a controlled workflow; withdrawal does not necessarily erase statutory accounting or fraud-prevention records.
