1. Free public browsing
You may use public business, offer and part-time discovery features without creating an account. A Visitor Account is optional and intended to add personal preferences, saved items, recent activity and more useful local recommendations.
2. Account details
A Visitor Account may ask for a name, email, mobile, chosen username and password through a secure authentication provider. A system-issued Visitor ID such as MM-V-000001 must be generated by the server and not assigned from browser state. Visitor credentials are not Business Owner or Admin credentials.
3. Preferred and search locations
A preferred Mandal selected in your profile is not necessarily your present location. Each search can use a different Mandal, District or State. The Platform must keep those concepts separate to avoid misleading visitor profiles or demand reports.
4. Recent activity and saved items
Where enabled with appropriate disclosures, your account may remember businesses viewed, searches made and offers explored. You can request deletion of optional history, subject to fraud-prevention and mandatory record restrictions. Browsing as a guest should not silently create a Visitor Account.
5. Meaningful interaction measurement
The service may measure aggregate searches, listing views and contact-button clicks to improve public discovery and business insights. We should avoid capturing sensitive typing, private message contents or unrelated personal browsing. Sharing a visitor’s identifiable contact details as a lead requires the appropriate lawful processing basis and notice.
6. No guaranteed lead sale
A person searching for plumbing, jobs or offers is not automatically a consenting sales prospect. The Platform may analyze aggregate demand but must not treat identifiable behavioural data as freely transferable to third-party advertisers.
7. Personalization and controls
Any optional tracking, notifications or personalizations will be explained in the interface and controlled according to law. Users should be able to access relevant privacy settings and make rights requests. Essential security logs may remain necessary even if personalization is off.
8. Children's accounts
Do not solicit standalone accounts from children until the product has an approved age and guardian-consent policy and necessary safeguards. Minors must not be targeted with unlawful advertising or behavioural profiling.
9. Visitor service launch status
This Policy describes intended Visitor Account practices; account registration, activity history and analytics should not be represented as operational before the corresponding authenticated database and RLS components have passed testing.
