1. Platform and contracting entity
ManaMandal.com (the “Platform”) is operated by OSOO INDIA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian company limited by shares. ManaMandal provides local-business discovery, business profiles, offers, part-time opportunity information, directory submissions, and related software tools. By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms as applicable to your use. Business owners also agree to the Business Listing Policy and the commercial conditions disclosed at checkout.
2. Eligibility and account responsibilities
Public searches are available without registration. An account may be required to submit business listings, manage enquiries, save preferences or use other restricted features. You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may ask for verification reasonably necessary to protect users and the Platform. Where a service involves contracting or paid business representations, an authorized adult or legally competent representative must act for the entity.
3. Independent third parties
Businesses, advertisers, job posters and offer publishers generally operate independently of the Platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ManaMandal is not the employer, seller, supplier, contractor, agent or guarantor of their goods or services. Directory inclusion does not constitute legal, medical, financial, employment or professional endorsement.
4. Directory accuracy and verification
Listings may include information submitted by owners or otherwise lawfully obtained. We may check selected attributes but do not warrant that every licence, offer, job, branch, price, availability, qualification or contact detail is complete or current. Users should verify time-sensitive information directly with the relevant party before making payments or commitments.
5. Search, geographic coverage and placement
Search results may consider location, relevance, business category, quality signals and permitted promotion. A service-coverage area is not necessarily a physical office. Paid, featured or sponsored placements will be labelled clearly. Payment does not guarantee sales, calls, enquiries, employment, a specific rank in every search, or uninterrupted visibility.
6. Business-owner declarations
Anyone submitting a listing warrants that they are authorized to represent the business; the submitted name, contact methods, licences and coverage claims are accurate; required approvals are maintained; and publication does not infringe another party’s rights. Owners must promptly update or request correction of material changes. MSME/Udyam registration is not automatically mandatory unless an applicable law or approved service rule expressly requires it.
7. Offers, jobs and enquiries
Offer terms, eligibility, inventory, validity, refunds and fulfilment are determined by the publishing business unless separately provided by ManaMandal. Job and part-time opportunities are posted by independent employers or their authorized agents. We do not guarantee employment, wage payment, job safety, interview outcome or the legitimacy of any claim; report suspicious requests and never send passwords or OTPs.
8. Payments and paid services
Any fee, service coverage, tax treatment, duration, renewal or feature entitlement will be displayed before purchase and subject to the Payments & Refunds Policy. A displayed example or draft price is not a binding order until accepted during an authorized checkout. Payments are confirmed using secure server-side records, not browser messages alone.
9. Prohibited conduct
Do not submit false identities, duplicate deceptive businesses, fictitious physical branches, misleading advertisements, unlawful goods or jobs, malware, impersonation, discriminatory or abusive content, fraudulent leads, scraped private information or payment manipulation. Do not bypass quotas, rate limits, permissions, security measures or geographic restrictions.
10. Content rights
You retain rights in content you lawfully own. By submitting public listing content, you grant the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt format and promote that content for Platform operations while the listing is authorized, subject to your rights and applicable law. You confirm necessary permissions for logos, photographs and trademarks. ManaMandal branding, design and software remain owned by their lawful rights holders.
11. Moderation and enforcement
We may reject, request corrections, suspend, hide, remove or restrict accounts or content where reasonably required for verification, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or service integrity. Where appropriate, we will provide a reason and review route. A suspended listing does not automatically cancel every unrelated business account or verified payment obligation.
12. Privacy and communications
Personal-data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and relevant just-in-time notices. Essential account, security, verification and transaction messages may be sent as needed. Promotional email, WhatsApp or phone outreach will follow applicable permissions and opt-outs; accepting platform terms does not by itself constitute blanket marketing consent.
13. Availability and external links
We work to keep the Platform available but may need maintenance, security interventions or feature changes. External websites, payment gateways, map providers, social media and business websites have their own terms and practices. Avoid sharing sensitive information merely because a linked page is present in a listing.
14. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is made available without warranties that discovery results, postings or third-party dealings will be error-free or meet a particular commercial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable statutory rights, liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any lawful allocation of liability applies to the contracting company; no blanket exemption is created for its directors or shareholders in circumstances where law imposes personal liability.
15. Indemnity and fair allocation
To the extent permitted by law, a business publisher agrees to respond to substantiated third-party claims arising from its unlawful submissions, intellectual-property infringement, false branch claims or unauthorized representations, subject to the company’s reasonable notice and opportunity to participate in the defence. This provision does not diminish mandatory consumer or data-protection remedies.
16. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Parties should first contact our grievance team to attempt an amicable resolution. Subject to mandatory consumer, labour, data-protection and other statutory forums, courts having competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, may hear disputes. Mandatory jurisdiction rights are not waived.
17. Changes and notices
We may update these Terms prospectively with a revised version and publication date. Where required, material changes will be notified and fresh consent sought. Continued use is subject to applicable laws, and we will not treat silence as consent where affirmative consent is required.
