1. Advertising inventory
The Platform may offer sponsored listing placements, display advertisements, local directory promotions and geographic exposure packages where officially released. Sample positions such as 970×250, 728×90 and 300×250 are interface specifications, not guaranteed impressions or available contracted slots.
2. Identification of sponsorship
Paid search placements and featured cards will be marked Sponsored, Featured or an equivalent clear disclosure so visitors can distinguish promotional content from organic search.
3. Search ordering
Organic search may consider a user's selected Mandal, category, availability, completeness and relevance. Sponsorship does not permit false physical-branch representations, relevance deception or the concealment of meaningful commercial affiliation.
4. Mandal and statewide coverage
Advertisers must choose and purchase authorized geographic coverage. Statewide service coverage is not proof of offices in every Mandal. Multi-location charges, bundles, rates and periods will be shown in approved pricing before checkout.
5. Claims and creatives
Advertisers are responsible for lawful claims, necessary consents, intellectual-property rights and relevant regulatory approvals. We may reject misleading prices, unsubstantiated superlatives, prohibited employment promises or material harmful to visitors.
6. Performance
Unless separately contracted in writing, we do not guarantee clicks, calls, rankings, conversions, leads or revenue. We may provide reporting based on defined methods, excluding known fraudulent or invalid activity where practical.
7. Attribution and founder businesses
Any company-affiliated business promoted on the Platform should be identified by a clear relationship or sponsored disclosure. Founder involvement does not justify hidden search manipulation or false local branch claims.
8. Suspension and refunds
A campaign may be paused for legal, content, technical or payment concerns. Commercial remedies will follow the specific approved order, the Payments & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
